Cleaned out the hut today. It comes off tomorrow. Disgusted by the wood and trash left on the lake by other anglers.

If your Hardware supports it I recommend it. Once you have upgraded if you have all the programs you use available for re-install. I would back everything up and do a clean install of Win 10, then only re-install what you will use. The KEY is to BACKUP all your pic, docs, favorites and contacts first.

I upgraded when they first offered it and I'm loving it. It is like windows 7and the Apps from windows 8 are in a start menue making it feel like the old windows 7 menu

Ice hut is off the lake and stored for the summer. 86 walleye caught, and released with none being over 18.1 (40cms).

If you don't mind saying how did that compare to other years.

Fewer walleye in previous years and smaller walleye on average. More walleye in the 20"+ range in previous years.

Thanks for the info. Our group didn't go this year and the friends who did caught nothing keepable out of 60+ fish.

A couple of us here have scheduled a GTG on Nipissing for some ice fishing on Feb 21st. Any other anglers interested in joining us?

The new slot size on Nipissing will be difficult for keeper walleye. We started the season with 10 walleye all under the allowable 18.2" (41 cms).

Hut was out on the 1st Brian. Pulled it out with the truck. 12" of solid ice.
