Well I made the right call pulling them all off and it's the best $1200 I ever spent. It was going to be a WHOLE LOT MORE expensive if I let it go for a few more hours... as it was going to be catastrophic! Now to put "humpty" back together again, now that the cylinders/valves are all redone.
