Someone even shovelled it.. but bring LOTS of sand ! Channel has some very minor slush/thin ice in one spot.. ramp is totally clear thanks to wind and current from the creek.

There are a few here that drive from Coboug to Nipigon to fish FOR AN AFTERNOON ! ..and if walleyejack is serious.. I'd jump on that because no trucking company is going to do it for that amount..

I guess if you are able to talk directly to the officer with your head out the window.. not hide.. not slur.. calculate in your head how many beer you could have had in that many hours and still be legal.. well.. maybe the person isn't a risk.

I guess people get tired of it's not fine for you.. but we'll do as we please Rob. I can pay attention as well as a police officer can while talking on my phone... but they can do it legally. I can probably outdrive most of them too.. but they take my truck away for doing the speeds they like to cruise the 400 at WITHOUT their lights on... As for the open beer while pulling up to a ride check.. at least he made it easy for them to stick him in the cruiser. Some may pull up with their witts about them at 1am and say "yes officer, I've had 7 beer since 6pm... to have them say "thanks.. we've got bigger problems than that"! And YES.. that is an actual conversation.. after 18 beer! ( I won't say who)

Perfect Nick.. brings back some fond memories. I was 9 then.. my brother 16 and well into the guitar and song by then...

yah.. a shame Steven's went off the rails. Grew up listening to my (7 year older) brother playing guitar and singing Steven's, Guthrie and Dillon (Zimerman). Have that Steven's album somewhere around here..

A farmer can shoot any dog chasing his livestock.. and a CO can shoot any chasing wildlife. Only ones I know for sure.

Spiel.. Two different issues.. NAW and the dogs at his hunting spot.... and Marty and the trespassers at his. As for shooting the dogs.. the CO will do it to anyone's dog chasing deer in the winter. I guess his badge makes the difference but if they are serious in enforcing the "chase" law then it shouldn't matter.

Yep.. and Marty if that's my property you're referring to.. you know the OPP's number and if you find them we'll charge them with tresspassing. Nobody has permission to hunt lots 37 / 48 or 49 but you and Misfish. Two guys.. Steve L and his son have permission to follow through on a shot deer.. nothing else.
