  1. It's probably more dangerous now that the water's up to full level. (rocks are now hiding just under instead of showing!)
  2. Well I'm just back in from feeding the Mosquitos, son picks some wonderful times to decide to change his snows to summers !! Thought I'd save him with the torch vs 6 snapped off studs he couldn't budge. Those vampires just loved the torch fire up...
  3. Drop by the house here in Penetang and load your car with ours.... and drop them up there in case they have none yet! Haven't seen them this bad in a LONG time !
  4. LOL.. no they're Marathon Radial trailer tires. They're a good tire if taken care of and what I have on my boat trailer and the enclosed trailer. They do not handle sunlight well at all as is evident on the enclosed trailer with sidewall/bead cracking. Boat trailer is always inside or the tires are covered up at the lake (and I park it into the trees so it doesn't get any high noon sun).
  5. Can "fish with assistance". You take it from there... I've seen many here that the week their baby was born, darn near, slapping them in a love seat and throwing out an extra rod.
  6. Some commented on it. Either has a trailer axle "toe in" issue or tire ran way underinflated for a long time. That dark rub line is something on the trailer scrubbing the tire. Maybe the wheel well isn't centered on the tire or the boat's too heavy for the trailer design.
  7. That scuff/grove (dark line in pics 2/3/4) looks like you're hitting your wheel wells on the road bumps. As for age of tires and throwing perfectly good ones in the bin. Depends on brands, whether you look after them and make sure they're correctly inflated before EVERY tow. Where the trailer is parked (in the grass or tires up on boards).. sunshine they get etc. I still have the original HD Truck tires that came on my 34' deck trailer... 6 of them (tri-axle)... and they've been on there since 1989. Never an issue, including last Falls trip to Barry's Bay and back.
  8. BEER
  9. Sorry.. saw the "09" and missed the 2000 !
  10. Wood in a Princecraft of that year should be guaranteed for life... Lunds are. Should be a dealer/factory $$ problem. Major inconvience for you though.
  11. A lot of this going on around here lately....
  12. Some "artists" just have no respect for a classic!!
  13. You fall in one of the sewer releases kid?
  14. Mine bought me the shirt to proudly wear!! lol
  15. Happens way too many places... I'm probably gonna start a crap storm.. but look at MADD padding leaflet printers pockets and their own. $2 Million plus deficit in 2010. Non profit for sure... $427,000 in administrative salaries. If it wasn't for 1.2 million in corporate donations they'd have run it 3+ million in the hole. If you can read a P/L, try to figure out where the "victim" fund money is going to come from it they need it? Baffles me and I've done my own corporate tax returns for 25 years.
  16. I know that all too well Jay... I use to do all the spring and fall counts for the Trumpeter Swam program for the Wye Marsh and had a few too many of their female stewards use the bag in my airplane while circling nests from Wasaga to Six Mile Lake.
  17. I believe the dark blue ribbon represents Colon Cancer Geoff.. or if it's lighter blue Prostate. Mixing colours.. where would it end??? Not sure why they just don't cover it all with their yellow flower and it's colour. Dark Blue Ribbons: Colon Cancers Gold Ribbons: Childhood Cancer Gray Ribbons: Diabetes & Brain Cancer Green Ribbons: Kidney Cancer Green/Blue Ribbons: Mental Health Awareness Jade Ribbons: Liver Cancer & Hepatitis Jigsaw Puzzle Ribbons: Autism Lace Ribbons: Osteoporosis Lime Green Ribbons: Lymphoma, Lyme Disease Orange Ribbons: Leukemia, Multiple Sclerosis Periwinkle Ribbons: Hypertension & Stomach Cancer Pearl Ribbons: Lung Cancer Pink Ribbons: Breast Cancer Pink, Purple & Teal: Thyroid Cancer Purple Ribbons: Testicular Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, Eating Disorders Red Ribbons:AIDS/HIV, Heart Disease Silver Ribbons: Parkinson's Disease Sky Blue Ribbons: Prostate Cancer Teal Ribbons: Ovarian Cancer Yellow: Bladder Cancer White Ribbons: Bone Cancer
  18. Nothing wrong with a 65 year old women... have you seen Susan Sorandon lately ! lol
  19. Never ends eh Gord ! A criminal record is a criminal record Billy Bob. We can't enter the USA with a drunk driving charge on our records either, unless we have been Pardoned. I find it a tad irritating that you spout this crap on a weekly basis and get away with it and on the other hand if us "polite" Canadians make comments against the USA we get moderated immediately.
  20. Send him over here.. I'll add him to the turkey vulture pile!
  21. Same reason people eat Veal ! What a great trip fella... gonna be hard to beat that one!

  23. Ice out is right back on historical average on Lake Temagami. Average is about 8 days into May.. it went out totally on the 9th. Not that it matters to me this year anyhow..
  24. Thanks Ryan.. perfect place for "advert" placement as well. Address for mailing and whom to make the cheque out to for donations??
