Outside ants up at the lake.... I put a hurt on them just by sprinkling borax everywhere they had a hill. If you look at a squirt bottle of the liquid ant killer borax is the main ingredient. Don't know if it will work on the itsy bitsy buggers.

Don't know... we're all at home! Leah will be there tomorrow and I'll get her to send me an email from Jen's tomorrow night.

All the locals are that way... they think pickeral only bite at that magic hour of dusk and that lakers only bit in the morning. That just happens to be either when they get off work or the only time they're sober enough for the boat... Stayed at Martin River PPark more times than I can remember... fishing has ALWAYS been tough. Best 'eye came from the "waterfall hole" under the Bailey Bridge into the campground.

Ran into these a few weeks ago in our daughters apartment. Looked like coffee grounds on the counter top and if you stared long enough you could see the "camo" ones moving on the counter. Opening the cupboard I know what they really like, I figured it would be sugar and after going thru every package she had in the cupboard I found they had made their way into a bag of sweet coconut! So try sprinkling a bag of sweet coconut on your neighbours deck! lol I hit them with raid and cleaned the cupboards.

Turn signal flashing doesn't mean squat... the bulb has two filaments! I'm done here...

The only good one is "Red Brew".. by President's Choice from Zehr's superstore or similar. ..and if it was illegal to drink them and drive I'd have been a bad bad boy this morning on the way to Cambridge!

Say what... you have a broken wire or bad bulb in your magnetic lights then. Both of the running lights are powered off the same wire! IF the wires go to the passenger side light first.. and then over to the drivers side the wire is "open" between the lights or you have a bad bulb in the drivers side... or a bad ground on that drivers side light socket.

That's where it gets odd Rick... as BOTH running lights, passenger and drivers side, are feed with the same single wire.

There's nothing left in Silver Lake other than the park and a tiny store across from the gate. Everything else is gone (as in one huge parking lot bulldozed). The cabin rental place just West of the PPark has been closed up for a few years, unless something has changed this year. PPark probably rents canoes. As Craig points out the deep hole is out in front of the island.. that is in front of the dirt launch at the picnic area on the side of the hwy. As I mentioned you can print a free map of the lake at Anglers Atlas.

Lakers for sure..it's a stocked lake. Anglers Atlas has a free contour map available.

Bernie is telling you it's a trailer issue and not a vehicle issue. Take a booster cable and clip it bumper to trailer. Work now?? If not.. see how they grounded each light unit. Many just put a pig tail under the attach bolts for the lamp housing and you'll find this rusted.

Register a lodge name Bernie... you'll have some to sell next year!
