I'd say if you plan to head out ice fishing before Jan 1. Check with the Ministry. Or if you want to be safe. Buy a new tag that could potentially save you a hundred and something dollar fine.

When you don't want to see them is the exact time they show up. Just like cops. When you need them, they're never around. Should see lots on Simcoe in the first few weeks of ice!

The carp or the cormorants????? Probably both, ha. I wouldn't eat a carp even if I was a cormorant, especially from Hamilton.

I think I know the spot you are talking about and boy is it an awful site and smell.

Looks nice doubledigits but I am more partial to Penn or Shimano reels, I've never tried any diawa reels except for the $29 combos.

Well truth be told, I was looking on the bass pro website thinking about purchasing a new reel, or two and noticed the salt water section apart from the freshwater and saw a lot of nice reels in the saltwater section.

As the title states, what is the difference between these two types of spinning reels? Thanks in advance guys.
