  3. Great report. You guys cleaned up on walters good job!! the scenerey pics are awesome too
  4. Price wise Le barons beats everywhere else. if you can have other store price match them, then youre usually better off. i had CT price match a portable hut last year. $299 at CT, $152 at Le barons....and the gave me back $15 (10%) in CT money
  5. i agree with the concrete method
  6. nice truck! is that some kind of special edition? doesnt look like a regular Ram
  7. might be able to ship to a local fedex or ups store, and have them hold for pickup
  8. last summer Canada day on Scugog, we were fishing near port perry. As soon as it started getting dark, all these boaters start flying towards the bay to see the fireworks. Probably about 15-20 boats (mostly cruisers) flew by us at full speed right where we were fishing. It got to the point where we had to move or else possibly get hit. Someone actually died that night i believe
  9. cant find the post. Can you copy and paste the story here?
  10. i would go back for sure, maybe at a later time of year though. It was hot as hell! we shouldve brought up some fans for the cabin.
  11. thanks! yeah definitely a ton of bass. I even left out a bunch of pics, and there were a bunch of little guys we didnt even bother taking pics of. Some nights we would catch 20-30 bass between us in just a couple hrs. usually from about 6pm-9pm
  12. swim baits...im pretty sure thats the whole point to mimmick schooling bait fish. Also, i think its illegal to hook up spinnerbaits/spoons/mepps anything with a treble on it. dont quote me on that though
  13. Spent Candada Day week up at Memquisit Lodge with Mr. Mike, Grew, one lurking buddy and a non-member. We were mostly targeting Musky & Bass, with the occasional walleye for dinner. The musky were hard to find, we didnt even get a follow. We might need to bring Lew along next time to show us the spots. Caught some smaller pike on musky baits, but thats about it. On to the pics, all taken with cellphones, but most turned out ok Groceries for the trip. Lots of looks and nosey people at No frills lol Heres our cabin up at Memquisit, we got the biggest one they had, plenty of room for 6 guys, although we did have to bring up 300ft of extension cords to charge the batteries for the front mounts at night Bass were on fire in the evening, decent in the morning, and pretty much dead mid-day Most of these bass pics are in the evening Morning Smallie that took a nice hit from something big More Evening bass, Some double header action too. And some more bass Mr. Mike with a trophy Goose with some nice bass & sheepshead Sliver pike, caught trolling some scenery & misc. pics (some of my new wallpapers) some panoramic shots i took on my phone
  14. i used it a little this past week, didnt have much luck with it. although i didnt fish it hard either
  15. yous should do some step by step pics, so we can see what kind of work goes into a nice rod like that
  16. no it won't you'll have somebody complaining about the casting deck removing the slime off of the fish. pretty much only horizontal holds are accepted around here lol my advice, look into a camera mount
  17. good job, nice fish! definitley go with a large net over a cradle. 2 hands are required for a cradle
  18. Just wondering what some of your fav soft plastics to carolina rig are. i just picked up some zoom and yamamoto craws that i plan to try out on my trip to West Arm next week, i notice a lot of guys on youtube using lizards. what depths/conditions do you guys find this technique most effective?
  19. i had my new smoke out on the water this weekend. I have the 151SPT thats the 6.6:1 ratio its a bit heaver then the 100 series by 0.6 ounces but has better breaking control. It is super smooth, like butter, and casts a mile effortlessly. i was surprised how far little flip casts were going, i had to ease up so i didnt cast too far. just wanted to break it in a lil before my trip to west arm next week
