  2. One of those pissed in my 3 year olds eye a couple months ago. He said he could't see/eyes were red and foaming from the mouth, my wife called poison control and they said they will give those effects but harmless anyways, its more a defence for animals that try to eat them, they pee in there mouth get a nasty taste and start foaming. Notice dogs only try it once haha Seems there are some deadly ones in South america. Kid still grabs every toad/frog he sees

  8. Did he make you bonk the big walleye? I mean it was your charter, your fish, your money, couldn't you release them if you had liked? Believe me, the charters taking limits is a drop in the bucket compared to the tons of commercial fish caught daily, yet erie continues to thrive.

  13. Hey guys, wife wants to get away for a weekend mid July with another couple, looking to rent a cabin for say 3 maybe 4 days, all I see in the area are week long rentals only in the summer months. As much as I'd like to go for a week, with 3 little ones being babysat for the time we are gone, it is just not possible. Does anyone know of a cabin/cottage that is flexible and will rent for a long weekend? I would like to try lower buckhorn or lovesick, though I am not stuck on either, not even stuck on the Kawarthas but coming from Chatham area would like to keep the distance reasonable if possible. My friend and I would be pounding the water pretty much the whole time so somewhere with decent fishing would be top priority for us, And the cabin would have to be in decent shape for the girls.. Any suggestions that might suit our needs? Thanks in advance.
  14. Yep they have a time in place here on lake erie for suspended fish, they are weighted so making a turn can slow them or speed them up and entice a strike, we run them typically off planer boards for walleye/steelhead
