  1. it screwed me the other way I had a back lake I went to for years on an atv, long drive never easy to get to logging company came in put a logging road in pretty much along our trail and that is where the problem started, they put the road right beside 2 lakes...mnr shut them down , too close to the lakes and put up no motorized vehicle signs all along the new road in now I have a 4 hour walk in
  2. you don't need to get in to it here, I have it all figured out...lol but I don't need one I doubt I will ever need to remove my drill from the adapter, it was an extra drill just for that purpose...unless it dies
  3. mine is on for ever it would not be hard to make a clam like auger adapter that the chuck can stay on
  4. from my chair and just to answer the question it is against the bylaw, so right or wrong they have the right to complain, would it hurt them, who am I to say everyones (my perfect world) is different.. some people look to see what restrictions are in a neighborhood and want no old cars old trailers big fences and maybe no rinks with high boards which is just like a fence.. and if someone breaks the rule, I am sorry but why wouldn't they call about it... if you spent 600,000.00 on a house expecting a certain view I might complain too not,..... I would be on the ice skating...but I really do understand someone who thinks front yards need to be perfect, complaining....
  5. I don't think I said that, however if you want to go down this path should you break the law then try to change it or start by trying to change it...the law is the law if we choose to break some, can we really be pissed that we got caught and there is a price to pay as I said I do not agree it should be removed, but I do see people complaining all the time and am no longer surprised then the call bylaws sitting here whining yourself that it isn't right . isn't going to help either.....the laws need to be changed and they really don't need to br told don't look at it it's going to be gone , so they don't have to
  6. I don't see the water level as an issue I can tell pretty quick if levels are up or down and expect the depth to be different but I would still expect the depth between the top of the hump and the bottom to always be the same distance and water levels don't cause a hump to not be where the map is, or drop offs to move it is maps aren't accurate and gps is off
  7. I can't believe how many people think people are not going to complain in a built up area dang, they complain their fence is too high it's too close, the tree is too big the driveway is too wide, there is too many cars theres a boat a trailer a camper, the porch light is too bright, they have a veg garden in the front lawn and the list goes on oh for cottage owners ... they were fishing near my dock, swimming near my dock, parking their boat in our bay and you think no one is going to complain about a rink in the front yard...lol I don't have a problem with it but I would expect someone in the area could take a disliking to it
  8. If it was a safety issue. Or even a noise issue I would say rip it down. But it doesn't look pretty bylaw give me a break.
  9. Damn black ice is too hard for the scratchers to work. Smoken

I could see the smoke signal from Barrie. Guess you might as well just give me the keys to that ATV if your not going to use it. LMAO

  10. train them young excellent day
  11. yup you're right into them
  12. the maps that have been redone recently are very accurate others are not even close because of the way the determined the depth , as the got the depth every so far, then just grew lines between them gps is never right on either and clouds and location can also lessen accuracy
  13. NO say it isn't so
  14. to catch them I think I would sit outside the local all-you-can-eat restaurant , at 300lbs each they are chowing down somewhere, often
  15. yup everyone has to set their own value on a day of fishing, and if it's more then you want to pay, why would you pay regardless of what it take to get the huts out there for you
  16. not only that but if I remember right, he had the 1lb tank squeezed in a vise while filling it and this one has been bouncing around for 5 or 6 years because it's the only death they can come up with
  17. sounds like me life is always an adventure
  18. loans for toys I don't like thats why I pay cash for my new lund and atv of course I have to get a loan to buy food...lol

  21. yeah, and only in the movies, you get a big badda-boom
  22. A motor big enough to get it up on plane under adverse conditions isn't bells and whistles. It's a safety issue. And they should not be allow to grossly underpower a boat
  23. Thanks for the report. I love BOQ. I must try to get there icefishing this year
