Hey all, My Jointed Believers don't swim as true as the straight ones. Anything over 2.5 mph they run with a really tight side to side motion maybe 1 inch max to each side. I've played with the eyelets, I've tried wider, rounder leader snap clips both steel/titanium and floro material, also tried split rings on the eyelet that I'd attach to the leader. What it should look like http://www.driftertackle.com/products/believer-video.php They run fine until I go anything over 2.5 m.p.h. I doubt the Believer in the video is going faster then 2.5 mph. Is this tight running action desired? I have this problem with 2 out of my 3 - 8'' jointed flavours, the only good one has a squirrelly tail. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I was in Mason Ohio last summer and we were plagued with them buggers on the golf course...never knew they could fly such distance after only hearing them in tree's around these parts, it was neat to finally see them in action. -
Wait until the boy pulls in the 50" before you do!!! Thanks again for another great report!

Tipping that BT with a worm helps!

If they did that then how would the C.O.'s catch people if they knew "clearly" they were not supposed to fish there?

I did that trip for last years OHL final Game 5 only to see my Battalion lose in 5 games (One game better then Barrie did!)...Man do them Windsor fans and team managment/P.R. know how to put on a good product from the pregame tailgate to the game opening light show - maybe the pops on the bus ride down enhanced everything but it was a great time to be had . Congrates again Windsor, very respectful fans also! Barrie's lack of adversity in getting to the final, I think did them in. Before they knew it they were down 3-0 and in a spot they were not used to. That's the first I heard of the no handshake... Not good or the "Canadian way" no matter the excuse.

I have not counted Barrie out yet...ask Kitchener about a 3-0 lead!

bucktail, on 21 April 2010 - 09:32 AM, said: I have felt the same way for about 6 years now, he makes ALOT of errors in his calling of the game, especially players names. Too bad great announcer. Still not as great as Dick Irvin tho, now I am showing my age. They need to get the guy that does the major junior games. He started as the Belleville Bulls announcer many years ago....... Just cant remember his name. Rob Faulds? Peter Lombardius?...."He Skiiiiioooorrrr's"

Bob Cole is the only announcer I knew growing up and I always wondered who would be the next one, he seemed old to me 20 years ago. His voice is a staple of my hockey watching days and CBC is doing the right thing by gradually phasing him out as opposed to the Chris Cuthurt way out. It's going to be tough to find someone to replace him as "The Voice" but I'm sure someone said the same about Foster Hewitt.

Windsor I think expected to coast into the final....Mem Cup champs, not much change from last years team..... A little over cocky maybe. That being said Kitchener has dug themselves a hole not closing it out in 4. Being a huge Battalion Fan and watching Barrie easily handle Brampton and then Mississauga I don't think Windsor has a chance beating Barrie if they ever do get past Kitchener.....

I am finding it hard to believe that you got quoted that high for a pick up in the Soo, in the GTA maybe but that seems a bit high for a clean record and no claims. I'm no insurance adjuster but ouch! (under 25 or not)
