I get many heart palpitations...can come out of nowhere. Stress adds to them and they add to stress

I need a window done at my sisters in Kirkfield and it's about 25.6 x 39 but she's not 100% sure on the 25.6 part but the 39 she's sure on. Been quoted already but I feel it's way to much. So, anyone able to help here? Full install done for the quote including any drywall work please PM me. May need a bit of siding to make it "Purdy" outside too...

I too was raised to be blind to colour (at 42 now) and I try for my own kids to be the same way as well (they live with their mother so..). You SIR have my respect on many levels and I'm sure others too but they don't care to share that as I do. Respect is earned not just given; you earned it.

I joined the Canadian Forces when I was 18 and did it for a year to then stop and go back to school for an education for later in life. Now I sit her at 42 and I'm ready to sign right back up! However, not to run and fight just to do so in some other country; but to stay here and fight for OUR Canadian freedom and safety right here! I'm no radical in anyway shape or form but it's also time I review things in how I protect my home and my kids.
