I was thinking the same. I went last year and got a nice set of glasses for $70 when he was asking $100. I only offered $70 as that's all I had left and I was okay if I didn't get them but he said sure. FYI: This year is $7 per adult. Last year was free as it was a last minute thing thrown together from the folks that do the TO Sportsman show. This year should be good too even if it cost's $7 to park and check out the show.

All the rivers I passed today were flooded or close to it. The Burnt River Fire Dept (and others) were out filling sand bags and stocking them at the end of the parking lot for locals to come get free and use that live on the river. The Burnt has gone up BIG in the last week! From decks being a foot above the water to now being well below.

Went from Lindsay to Burnt River then to Curve Lake and then back to Lindsay. The bigger lakes were all wide open with no ice to see from the roadway and some even had mild whitecaps. The smaller lakes like the one my folks are on is still ice BUT breaking up.

Well with this one you can make your own wooden "grip to fit" and use due to the shaft holes to use for screws to the other side.

I found them in the run off areas (drainage ditch basically) when I lived in Brooklin North of the dam there that didn't have a 'lift' so they have a will and they have a way...

Last I heard too was currently 65+ in the 'new year season' only needs valid GOV ID. My father is 65+ and if stopped all he needs is his drivers lic or new green heath card to show his name and b-day.

Vid's like that make me want to move. However I cannot be to far from my kids. Fishing is good here but almost never that good in a short time.
