  14. any CAR will need a wireing harness as most cars are not made to have a hitch. Mike was right and that the boat you have is in the CLASS 1 range and it's all about total weight. I would go to a U-haul place and get a quote before you do anything else so you know and or learn a bit more of what it is you need. This way you can get the best deal and the right gear/tools to do the job.
  15. nice fish and keep at it.
  16. your Mazda can only use a Class 1 hitch, just so you know.
  17. not everyone can sneak away at 16:20 Ron what is up with my notebook? it.s going crazy here
  18. Mike, what you are missing is that this same user asked the very same question on the same day on a few boards. as pointing out by others, the OP is always asking for info and not posting a report (even if it's a week or 2 after the time out there fishing). I didn't mention that in my post but it was right there in the front of my mind the whole time. The others are saying what they are because of the "take and not give" posts from the OP. I've deleted a bunch of posts from the OP on another board because that all they ever do is beg for info. it does get rather annoying rather fast.
  19. Ontario researchers want to hear from anyone who saw a basketball-sized fireball in the sky east of Toronto Monday night or has found fragments of the fallen meteorites. The meteor, described as a "slow-moving fireball, estimated to be no bigger than a basketball," was recorded at 6:04 p.m. ET Monday by six cameras that are part of the University of Western Ontario's Southern Ontario Meteor Network, the university said in a news release. Researchers think it likely dropped meteorites ranging in size from one gram to hundreds of grams east of Selwyn, Ont., north of Peterborough, near the end of Upper Stony Lake, about 115 kilometres northeast of Toronto. They may have a total mass of up to a few kilograms. While the meteor fell during the Geminid meteor shower, researchers said it wasn't related to that event. Because researchers tracked the meteor's trajectory with their cameras, they can figure out where in our solar system it comes from. They say it is rare and valuable to be able to combine that information with an actual meteorite sample. "Finding a meteorite from a fireball captured by video is equivalent to a planetary sample return mission," said Peter Brown, director of the University of Western Ontario's Centre for Planetary and Space Exploration, in a statement Wednesday. "Only about a dozen previous meteorite falls have had their orbits measured by cameras … so each new recovered meteorite is adding to our understanding of the formation and evolution of our own solar system." The video footage showed that the meteor first entered the atmosphere at an angle of 25 degrees from the horizontal, moving at 14 kilometres per second. It first became visible over Lake Erie, then moved toward the north-northeast and was visible until it reached an altitude of 31 kilometres, when it was just south of Selwyn. Hey Lew (and others in the area) If you go out today have a look around for it...

your reply. I do not have a paypal account nor do I intend on creating one just for this sale. I only deal with cash and I have already told you my final price. If you are not happy with this I will contact the 2nd person that has offered to buy ____ from me. I have asked them to hold on to see what happens between you and me first. So before the other people decide they are no longer interested I need to know your answer. the person picking it up can bring the cash, that works too because I would guess you trust them. If I do not hear from you in 24 hours I will take it that you are no longer interested. Woohoo! Thanks Lew!
