Congrats on the PB! Never hooked into one, but was left with a stringer full of fish heads after a snapper stealthily ate our keep while it was tied onto the canoe at a backwoods lake last year!

I think Italy will have a tough time against Spain, although, neither team looks overly impressive. As I don't haver a country to root for in the cup (unbiased opinion), based on watching the games, I would have the Netherlands to take the cup. They look like a strong squad that gets better everytime they play. Racism is never cool.

I just bought a Garmin venture HC this past weekend from radioworld. I agree, they do have the most competitive prices around and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. I got topos for free online and am in search of roadmaps and hydrographics. I saw the Bluecharts available and was not impressed by the coverage.

Good luck to everyone this weekend, especially to those heading or at Lakair. What are your plans? As for myself, I hadn't the opportunity to do much fishing this year because of the LSAT exam. I wrote that sucker on Monday and so LET THE GAMES BEGIN. Going to be headed to the cottage and get some needed inches for TEAM 9 Bringing a bud with me, who never fished in his life. Gotta get him his liscnce tonite. So I'll be coaching, captaining and casting. Also, with the gracious offer of Barnie's Band of Gold, I will be testing out Ryan Landry's Black Lures. Rain will not stop me from Thunder and lightning, yes. Heavy winds? Depends if I'm on big water or not. As for fishining the rain, jigs, floating raps and the biggest, loudest topwater in my box could find a tussle. But I find I have a more luck chucking spoons in the rain for pike than all of the above. reefrunner

I second that I hope those jerks get caught, sent to prison amd endure at least 5 years of the Pe-anal system. sotos. I take my 9.9 off and into the garage every weekend. It would be nice not to hassle, but there are some real slimeballz still around.
