heres my favourite method. not really curing but yeah...
dry for 40 minutes to an hour an a paper towel
(this takes out some of the moisture in the eggs that would normally expand when the eggs are frozen and damage the membrane)
Then just put in a ziplock bag and suck out all the air you can
(to prevent freezer burn)

then double bag and freeze, try to limit the amount you put in a bag to what you use in one outing that way you dont have to defrost the roe for no reason.
Riverwasing is optional depening on how hard you like your eggs, i like mine softer so i dont normally riverwash, but try to remove as much blood as possible...
Then TIE....
I posted a sort of similar question a while ago, seems they are pretty rare, most people advised me to pinch down the barb with plyers, you could also file it down
You could also try your local fly shop, they might have them...
I leave the background and i get so many PM.s to remove it
I remove it and you complain that the background is not natural.
COME ON, next time should i just not post
Went out today for some fishing and Lost a lot of fish (3lb leader) but landed a decent fresh one and some shakers (not really worthy of pics).
was Very cold and the guides kept freezing up, not to mention the water was all slush. And since Thawing a roe bag in my mouth isnt my idea of fishing i ended up using artificials and flies the whole day.
I didnt even have to edit out the background this time
Hmm i was just wondering in areas where its barbless hooks only, is it enough to pinch down your hooks with plyers or do you have to buy special barbless hooks?
