  1. They aren't going to be there, lol. Been a puzzle this spring so far. Definitely not where they usually are.
  2. Nice!! Gotta love when a little adventure pays off.
  3. Buying a new truck is just pissing all the $$ away you made investing
  4. I think I've found the perfect prop at 13 1/8 X 19. Although you're right depending on load that all changes. It's usually just me and someone else in the boat though so it's fairly consistent (As far as weight is concerned) A 13x19 is great for the hole shot but loses me about 10MPH on the top end and that last 1500-1700rpms or so provide no additional MPH. Top end with a 4blade is 40MPH, this boat used to do 50 without too many issues. I'd be happy with a decent hole shot and 45mph on the GPS.
  5. I'd spend those extra days on Nipigon if it were me..
  6. I'm in the process of doing this now. Dad destroyed our old 4 blade, got a new one, I was hoping for a bit more top end, he ends up with a 13x21, lol not working. I'm sending him back to the shop for something else.
  7. Yeah, getting in at $4.50 was a great call. I wasn't as lucky, gotta ride it out a bit!
  8. She was a big girl, that's for sure.
  9. If you got in at $3-4 you're definitely happy, although some people aren't as fortunate Gotta pay to play!
  10. Sad sight, but that's mother nature for ya. Definitely went through on crappy ice or the wolves and coyotes would have had her down to bones in no time.
  11. Back in the day there was no such thing as catch and release. My oldman is a perfect example of that. Meat hunter like most old boys are, lol. Times have changed.
  12. We used to wakeboard behind a 14ft with a 9.9. It's definitely doable just takes a bit to get up.
  13. Is Indiana a title state? I know anything under 20ft in Michigan and there is no title. This is the stuff you need to figure out. You either need the title or something from a bank stating there are no liens on the boat. At the border you'll pay RIV and GST, when you register the trailer with the MTO you'll pay HST on that. Make sure you've got two receipts, one for the boat, one for the trailer (Obviously you want the trailer to be the cheaper one of the two because this is what you're paying tax on at the MTO)
  14. Nice! Can't beat quality rain gear. I've been nothing but pleased with my Cabelas Guidewear. Once the rain stops beading (And it will) you'll need to wash and treat it to bring it back to life.
  15. So then the boat has never been officially imported. You'll need to pay all the associated fees along with that (Duty, tax, RIV fee etc). It's not all that complicated to be honest, the process of importing our Lund from Michigan took about 10mins at the border.
  16. So the boat can't come across the border without the title being in hand and values for both the trailer and the boat itself being declared. I'm assuming the boat is already here? If so, those steps have already been taken and the duty/tax paid. Has the trailer been registered here before? If so, the tax on that has already been paid as well. Has the boat ever been registered in Ontario?
  17. Nevada is the biggest gold producing state in the US. The 'Knight' is homage to the Black Knights of the United States Military Academy. Wikipedia is your friend https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegas_Golden_Knights#Team_name
  18. Vegas definitely isn't your typical expansion team, lol. Big game tonight!
  19. The people that are working with this money to make sure it's properly divided are most likely not working for free either. I don't see GoFundMe as making $$ off this tragedy, it's their business model.
