  1. I just dry them on a paper towel and toss them in. Defrosted they're perfect. I've been using brownie roe from 2014 all this year, lol.
  2. Love my Foodsaver. Best way to freeze fresh roe
  3. You can walk to Burrows. Drop in a canoe and see what happens.
  4. I've got access to quite a few nice fishing spots because I just went and asked instead of assumed. Although steelheading and zipping through someones property kinda goes hand in hand The best are the people that think they own the streambed, I'll sit and yap with them (While fishing) all day if they'd like.

  6. I should probably update my ancient Navionics card before this deal ends.
  7. Marner is going to get paid. Those toe drags never get old.
  8. Yeah, I have a feeling you're correct. He'll most likely be gone.
  9. It will be interesting to see if Gardiner stays. I like the guy, I like what he brings to the game but I wouldn't be surprised if he's had enough of this place and goes elsewhere. Same with Zaitsev. Won't be surprised if Nylander is gone either.
  10. Ladyfish are the poor mans tarpon, you did ok
  11. Leaving his feet is an understatement on the first hit, let's hope he keeps that under wraps when he gets here, lol.
  12. Zero editing, actually took this with my Samsung S8+ off PH in Sept.
  13. Muskoka has some big walleye! Nice fish!
  14. This is the guy you pair with Jake. He's absolutely not a replacement, lol.
  15. I think the OP needs a 7ft medium power spinning rod, 15lb braid, 2500 series reel and perhaps some 8-15lb flouro leads. I doubt he'll be punching thick matts with a pool cue rod and 2oz jigs. Figuring out where'/when/how you're going to fish will have a huge impact on the tackle/equipment you'll be using.
  16. Bigger screen is not always better, definitely have to keep an eye on resolution if you want to fit more info into that big screen. Although when it comes to SI and the such, the more screen the better.
  17. Got any pics of that setup? Sounds interesting.
  18. JB Bushey would be a guide I'd recommend in the Parry Sound area for early season pike. No bass fishing though, still closed until 4th Sat in June.
  19. Buying used makes even more sense these days. Who's got 60k for a boat? Although I'd guess most people are paying a nice financing rate on top of that. Insane.
