  1. That guy drives me insane.. He talks to his guests like they are children. Nothing but a 30min commercial.
  2. Panther Martins spins with almost no force at all. I love them in small streams.. No need to reel 100mph to get the blade to spin.
  3. Just a wild guess. No chrome, very yellow belly, bigger spots, not very fat.. etc etc. Gorgeous fish, I love those brownies.
  4. Well you need to make sure your sole is thick enough that you won't puncture them Most felt soled wading boots can take these without issue.
  5. Nice brown, that looks like a resident fish.
  6. What's the line look like? If it's not curled up, it's most likely snapping and not coming undone.. I have no issues tying a palomar in the middle of a river, quicker then a clinch for me.. The Davy knot looks awesome, I'll try that out on Wednesday.
  7. Is there anything in that canal that's of any value? Right now it's like shooting fish in a barrel, they should take advantage of the situation now and kill everything in there..
  8. Man, they need to nuke that entire canal...
  9. I already posted this... The shortest sheet metal screws you can find at crappy tire.
  10. With flouro? 6-7times.. Also use an improved clinch if you have to tie a clinch knot.
  11. Yup, just gotta take it easy on these fish when you get them hooked. Let them play out in the current all they want, you can't horse these things... If I can, I like tying a palomar knot.
  12. sheet metal screws work great and they are cheap. Unless you wanna spend $20 on the Simms wading boot studs.
  13. Didn't a Walmart shut down in Arizona recently?
  14. Nice fish!! Water rarely ruins electronics... It's when you turn them on when still wet that does I dropped my SD780IS in the drink while on a trip to Mike cottage.. a bowl of rice and 4 days later I was back in action.
  15. These are fish Don't think to hard about it... How much light do you think penetrates into the water during the day time, especially if it's a bit dirty? Fish have no problem chasing bait/eating roe bags at night...
  16. I've been told I'm sexy, it's ok man...
  17. Right in downtown... Launch the boat at the Tiffin launch and follow everyone else, lol.
  18. I scraped some brown roe lastnight, let it dry a bit then put it right in the freezer. If you plan on tieing it up in the next few days then you can leave it in the fridge, if not I'd put it in the freezer.
  19. Leave some of that nasty scrape in their before you freeze them It's like icecream sprinkled with smarties.
  20. No, they can't take your land. Lots of moose up the Coldwater way... My oldman had one rubbing against the side of their sun room last year..
  21. Nice!! I nailed a fat brownie on Wednesday on one of the Riverwood Rabbit XL jigs (pink and blue)
  22. Using a straw to suck the air out, then doubling bagging it into another Ziplock freezer bag works great.
  23. Bag size is really dependent on water clarity.... If it's clear you'll wanna downsize some.. But make sure they are milking, every little bit helps.
