  1. Nice fish! Good job at handling it as well.
  2. I said the same thing! Big win in OT by the Hawks.
  3. I hope this year they remove that giant rock on that launch ramp I've nailed it a few times, lol.
  4. After I looked back at DAves pic I figured out what you were talking about There are engines with built in water/fuel separators? I know they've got normal fuel filters (Like both of mine do).
  5. I think I saw the ending to that movie.
  6. Make sure you wear a mask when turning balsa, the dust is extremely bad for you. I need the old man to make me a few on his ShopSmith!
  7. Went for a walk lastnight on my fav trib, found some tiny fiddleheads! Spring is in the air
  8. Why would you need dual tanks? One line from the tank to the fuel separator, then two lines off the separator to both engines. That's exactly how mine is run. No issues running both engines at the same time, etc. Dead simple.
  9. Dave, exactly what I run (I don't know if it's Yamaha branded or not)
  10. This is a good time to run a fuel/water separator... That's the setup I run with our Yami 115 and the T8 kicker. Nice and clean, plus a little bit of added protection.
  11. So it sounds you've found a spot, keep at it. Gotta remember the water is cooold, gotta keep those presentations nice and slow (Easier said then done though, lol)
  12. If you had a follow in Oshawa or Whitby, it's only going to get better as the water warms.
  13. Good lens, good lighting, fast shutter speed and a bit of luck. Paul has it down pat.
  14. Playoff hockey is nothing like the regular season, Habs in 5.
  15. Beauties!! I'll bring my 100-400mm and tripod and let you have a go at it :)
  16. lol sad but true.
  17. Group 27 is a fine starting battery.
  18. Green instead of brown.
  19. I simply mentioned a 'normal' charger as one of the pros of a lead acid vs whatever special charger you need for a AGM battery.
  20. Who's talking about chargers? I'm referring to a normal lead acid battery vs AGM.
  21. If you're getting 8-9 years out of a normal lead acid battery that will use any charger, why bother with AGM? What does AGM do better? From what I've been reading, nothing.
  22. I've killed the battery on my main I think twice.. Battery doesn't have enough juice to start the big motor, but it will start the kicker without issue. I'll troll around at WOT on the kicker to charge the battery just enough to get the big motor going. I haven't had this work around fail me yet
  23. Yeah, that's what I'm hoping for as well. Next weekend I'm good, boat is rigged and ready I'm just keeping my eye on those water temps!
  24. Nice! Would like to see some 43-46 degree water temps before I haul the boat down there.
