Wendel did the PolarKraft you are looking at resemble this? This is my boat when I first bought it... Barebones, I have done a ton of work to it to get it the way I want it I am having a blast doing it as well. I love this tinny 17' with a 78" beam.... a nice stable boat. Hope you can decide on what route you are going to go! G

The thing that gets me is the person/company that makes the biggest mistake in the budget... is usually the firm that gets the contract.... for only one reason... they screwed up! I have seen many businesses down the tubes because of budgeting mistakes... overrun your schedule by 3 weeks because of weather etc... well the contingency budget planning can only account for much... count your lucky stars... and be lucky you lost that contract... I bet in they end you will be the one smiling. G

Polar Krafts are still out there..... I know I just bought one last year! and I might know a place that has em I can honestly say I have never been treated as good as when I dealt with Giesler Marine... they put me in a boat within my budget, they were honest and helpful... I would have no problems in recommending them to anyone, including family members... Explain your needs and budget... Larry will do his best to satisfy both. PM if you would like more info. G

There is nothing wrong with Tracker, a lot of folks on this board run them.. I am sure you will hear from them soon... be sure 16,999 is your price out the door though.. because of rigging fees etc..
