  7. This thread is what exemplifies what I enjoy about this board. A, mostly, dignified discussion about something that is important to alot of people with differing opinions.
  8. Well, he is gonna have to stop at my place on his way home from work to-night and give me a verbal report. I'm awaitin' too! Comon Mike, I got cold ones in the fridge....

  12. I just discovered Bill's bait and tackle in Hamilton due to this thread. I had a great experience there. The fellow took all the time in the world with me, showed me some rigging and how too's as well, and when the total added up to more cash than I had on me, he extended me credit! Only took my name and number, mind you he was paid by the end of the day. That is the type of guy I can do business with!
  13. Just don't let it happen again! PS Good job mods!
  14. Some Dad you are, posting topless pics of your daughter on the internet. She is cute though... Mine were cuter, but not bad.

  19. What he said
  20. This is my pragmatic rural background talking....when faced with an expensive health problem on a peice of livestock, we would weigh the cost of a 22 shell versus the cost of treatment and replacement of said livestock. I do not mean to be insensitive to the emotional cost, that comes into play as well. I wish you well with your pet.
  21. What a smart idea! Is that the rule in every province?

  23. As some of the members here know, my father passed away early this morning. So to help me deal with my grief and loss my oldest child and her fiance took me out fishing tonight..........boy does she know her Dad. It was just what I needed! Did not catch a thing except for relief. I found out the most gratifing thing a father could hear; not only do my children love me, they also like me. I will miss my Dad terribly, but I will also thank him every time I pick up a tool and use it with skill. Most of my skills I aquired from his teaching. He taught me to weild a pipe wrench, screwdriver, hammer, but most importantly the value of family. So I say again, thanks Dad!
