  1. Caught a lot of bass, day and night using little 1/8 th ounce hair jigs that didn't look as good as those!
  2. ODNR not selling hunting, fishing licenses to non-residents during coronavirus pandemic Traveling to fish or hunt maybe on hold for awhile? Don't know how many others are doing it.
  3. I had a co - worker whose wife sold his outboard at a garage sale for more than he paid for it, he wasn't happy!
  4. Thanks Dutch, there is a lot bigger selection over there and it's probably easier for a weak link to be found.
  5. I'm still trying to make sense of some of the info out there, supposedly this started with people eating wild animals? A tiger at the Bronx Zoo tests positive for coronavirus - CNN If a wild animal can get it and spread it? Why not a dog or cat?
  6. LOL, I had a couple of cars that I set mouse traps in, they were both Chrysler products.
  7. Fish, you really didn't have to troll years ago either, drift and cast an erie dearie or silver nuggets tip with a worm. I caught them casting lipless crankbaits and blade baits and others. Never a big fan of fishing on erie, it was almost always the closest water around with a high success rate.
  8. Things must have changed over the years with the cleaner water? We just dragged a wiggle wart, hot n tot, or bandit 200 on 8 - 10 # mono.
  9. KraTTor, no details needed, thanks though for the offer. That's how it was years ago here, it did take a bit more than a couple of hours at times.
  10. I started watching that program while I was in the hospital, dude struck me as a phony.
  11. https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/ The numbers and outcomes are easily available. Almost 30k new cases and almost 950 deaths, today! That's just for the USA
  12. https://www.justice.gov/usao-vt/pr/paul-hebert-sentenced-four-year-term-probation-and-5000-fine-social-security-and-medicaid
  13. You send what you can spare? https://www.cnn.com/2020/04/03/health/coronavirus-hospital-ethics-ventilators-invs/index.html
  14. Terry, no battles, it just seems to make a strong argument for keeping production of essential items at home? https://www.cleveland19.com/2020/04/03/third-individuals-test-positive-covid-cuyahoga-county-are-health-care-workers/ and it's happening around the country because of shortages.
  15. I don't like the situation either. but ask yourself? if your mom needed a mask? would you give hers to a neighbor?
  16. https://www.rapala.com/rapala/lures/giant-lures/ https://www.greatbigstuff.com/products/fishing-lure https://www.amazon.com/Giant-Spoon-Fishing-Hanging-Antique/dp/B00KI1GYDI https://www.ebay.com/b/Giant-Lure-In-Vintage-Fishing-Lures/36169/bn_7022286793 If it helps?
  17. The walleye spawn on the Sandusky river here is going to get a lot less fishing pressure.
  18. LOL, laundry mat? that's big time! our town doesn't have one, they even closed down the local post office about 10 years ago. Stay safe!
  19. ? LOL, can you get germs at the local bait store? Seriously though you do have to buy minnows? or can you trap them?
  20. https://www.cnn.com/videos/health/2020/03/31/drew-griffin-coronavirus-early-testing-we-blew-it-sot-ctn-vpx.cnn/video/playlists/coronavirus/ It sounds like it could become the new normal? We aren't anywhere near over this round and they expect a return in the fall? Will it need different shots every year like the flu? I expect so?
  21. One of our area grocery chains has started posting a list of stores that employees have tested positive, they also have gas stations, so you just never know where the person in front of you has been or had contact with. We can't seem to keep our own medical professionals safe, and people are still taking chances?
  22. I got woken up a few times over the past weekend to thunder so bad it shook the house, and it poured all weekend. It still seems a bit early for the peak walleye spawn on Lake Erie and it's trips here, but some of those tribs are moving at near record water levels.
  23. This is some pretty serious stuff, the season may suck, but more than losing a loved on or friend because adequate precautions weren't taken?
