  1. Pat yourself on the back Tony . Getting youth involved today is our future, more ways than none. You got my vote.
  2. Did I miss something??
  3. Were you the guy we talked to at the Picton Harbor Inn? I was in the blue&White Princecraft and our partner had the same boat as yours but black was won in the Perch fest. You were drifting at Thompson's as we trolled by. I wish I could have talked the guys into jigging. We marked a ton of fish there. Congrats on your catch. Jigging is on the menu for our next trip. Thanks for sharing
  4. Great post, thanks for sharing. Got to get down there some day.
  5. Great video, now I've got to wipe my key board off. You had me opening my mouth at the last bit and I'm not kidding. I even laughed at myself. Thanks for sharing.
  6. Your right Lex 15 Walleye for 3 days 7 guys is not a big count. If it wasn't for enjoying the camaraderie with just getting away with friends. That drag a meat fishery down there wouldn't be my bag. Some times you don't know you got a fish on. Give me drifting or jigging any day. I think it's dragging that big trophy in is what keeps people going.
  7. 7 Guys, 3 full days of fishing, Fri.Sat.Sun. 15 Walleye 2 Drum. Biggest Walleye was 8.8 lbs. We caught all our fish west of Keith's Shoal. Seems deep water held most fish. I think most fish were caught on a different lure. All deep runners. Stretch 20's, Tail Dancers, Fingerling's. 150 to 250 back behind boards. We got 1 fish straight off the back, flat line. Between the 2 boats, fish caught, was almost even. Everyone caught a fish, except one, and I'm not tellin his face is not in the pictures . Most fish released We fished 4 guys in my boat and 3 in the other, festival boat. Ferry ride across Dragging fish to the boat. My buddy with a stretch 20 that he stuck purple tape on the sides, caught the biggest, plus 2 fish on that same lure. This was our other crew. Boat was won in the Perch Fest. Don't you just hate it when it comes to an end of a good trip. Were heading back for 4 days on the 25th. of Nov.
  8. I also like his partner Bill Safe of Rod and Reel

  18. I beat TJ at this one. Meadow Inn is just down the road from TJ. It was on Little Sturgeon R. L. Nipissing HWY 17 I used to fish there myself in the late 60's . I have to do some searching, got pictures from there myself. You bring back memory's. All the guys I fished with there are all dead now, of coarse one was my Dad. Man that scares me. Lots of Pike off Jocko Pt.almost every cast. Walleye by the Stringer. Not to far from the Sturgeon Weirs. They used to strip the Sturgeon for the Caviar. MAN those were the DAYS.
