    ^^what he said. Also, good lure choice, but a little small for pike, I got 17 pike and a bass last week on a #5. Looks like a good trip

    Just be careful you don't bottom out, swamps can get pretty shallow. But as for the paddle, go for it, I'd paddle 4 hours to get to good fishing!

    I've found the same, very helpful especially in the camping department. I don't go there often but they have by far the best prices on terminal and basic lures like spoons.

    Good news! Thanks for the heads up, not sure if he'll have them again this year but last fall he had a big selection of pete spoons, nice to be able to get them here instead of having to drive to st catherines.

    LOL, a couple years ago I saw a 3 year old try to "talk" with one, it came back and bit him in the back of the knee, and dropped him, guess he wasn't quite fluent yet, huh?
