When I have been to beat buy and places like that they seem to have so many in that price range ?? But I know you only get what you pay for and in most cases after a year or so probably regret not going all out for top quality camera but I do want to take it with me alot and for it to be fairly compact and just decent quality for the money ?? And thanks wooden boater the Nikon cool pix looks like a good one?? I'm not partial to any brand as long as its pretty easy to download pics as I have not posted alot of pics as its a pain to get them from my iPhone to photobucket to the board ???? So this is why I kinda want a good point and shoot I will be taking it snowmobiling as well !!! So anymore ideas would be awesome thanks guys !! Tight-lines

Wow lots of different ideas !! Thanks guys . Well Mostly just a real nice point and shoot auto mode camera I guess I already have a gopro hero 2 so I was just needing a decent camera as when I'm fishing last few years I take most of my pics with my iPhone 4 and the quality isnt there so at least a decent point and shoot ?? I have looked and there is so many different kinds?? So I knew you guys would know your cameras !!!

I got the hero2 for me sled last winter and got the motorsports one it comes with a suction cup too then I bought the bag of accessory mounts !!! It's great you can mount it anywhere I took some amazing sled videos as well I used the windows media player when I take the vids of the camera it works amazing and I'm gonna mount it on my boat ad got the mount to put it on my net or wherever I want !!! I also have the chest mount on a strap so it really can go everywhere !!!! And the suction cup mount will not come off I had it on my sled a few times in -20 and worked great !!! The bag of mounts I think was $29 and gives you even more options !!! Oh ya and get a spare battery too !!!!!!

a perch color suspending shad rap or my usual trolling a nice red bead worm harness,and siver blades,gets me lots of muskies every year, of course im fishing for walleyes when it happens have got 3 so far this year trolling for eyes !!! if i were to target them i would probly not catch one !!! haha

i just heard on the radio i guess general motors just made an announcement saying the plant in oshawa with over 2,000 people will close next june 2013 !!! not good news at all,sounds like the final nail in the coffin for oshawa ??? man that sucks has anyone confirmed this>?????

just wondering what type and brand to get for around 3-5 hundred dollars ??? thanks mostly for fishing pics,and snowmobiling and boating so i dont really need one for taking long shots thanks

yes i dont really want to know what it costs i just do it !!! 2 boats and a tow vehicle not cheap plus the thousands of kilometers i do fishing all over with them !!! but it doesnt matter to me its what i live for !!!

well done !!! i as well have helped many boaters over the years,as well as saved 2 guys in a canoe overturned on the ottawa river,they had PFDS but were not wearing them and they floated away !!! it was not good...cheers to you all of us fishermen are good that way ....

both my transducers are mounted on nylon that you silicone to the hull !!! about 3/4 inch thick
