  1. The camera got the curiosity of some moose, Brown color phase (not quite cinnamon) of a two year old black bear and some respectable whitetail bucks. The camera took 3159 pics, about three thousand of them were cattle such as the east end of the west bound one at the end. Hope you all enjoy.

  3. Venison lasagna here tonight, no pics. But we all know what lasagna looks like, right? It was very good, even if I do say so myself! 😉 and oh yeah, fresh yellow beans from the garden, very toothsome. Doug

  7. Donuts anyone? These are ground beef onion ring bacon wrapped donuts. Indirect for 2 hours at 250,with apple chunks for smoke flavor. A few mini meat loafs for mama just encase she did not like the onion. Seems I could of saved the meat loafs, she liked. I used sweet onions. Fresh peppers and left over onions wrapped with just pepper and salt. No butter. Just melt in their own juices. The donuts are a bit of work to form. Stiill delish.

  9. I owned a couple of 5 horse versions, one was under the "Ted Willams" name I recall, they worked but they never worked well. However I did have a Sears Gamefisher Electric motor, 25 speed (rheostat type dial) that served me well for many, many years before giving it away.
