Night fishing adventure...SHARK!

Hiya's,

 

Finally went out night fishing this year while on holiday with mixed results, had a heavy rod with heavy braid and a wire leader, using chunks of fish from the mornings mini session as bait.

You must have done a ton of local research before going?

 

I love ling but you couldn't pay me money to touch an eel outta the ocean. Nasty looking creatures!

 

So cool just random wildlife around!

Look like a lot of fun, not sure I would be down with traipsing through the bush at night. The thought of those big ass spiders makes my skin crawl. The eel and the crab where very cool.

I finally got around to watching that and well, that's one walk I sure wouldn't do solo at night. Too bad you didn't find more (or plan to) crab's and get a meal out of them too Next time...

wicked - love the last half where you're fishing with the "short" rod. I'd have had to do a little more editing at the point where it snapped than you had to . At least it wasn't the St Croix.
