DRIFTER_016 Posted May 23, 2015 Report Share Posted May 23, 2015 Had a couple of hours of paddling in the Yak out on the open section of my lake today. It was blowing harder than was forecast-ed so paddling into the wind sucked pretty bad. Two hours of trolling was all I could handle. I strained a tendon in my left elbow back when I was hauling wood to the cabin and it is pretty sore now. Gettin' old sucks!!!! There is a mile or so of open water right now but last weekend there was barely any at all. I was surprised how much disappeared in less than a week. I did!!! I was trolling for 2 hours. Didn't catch a thing!!! Wore me right out. Think I'll take the boat out next week.
