misfish Posted September 4, 2013 Report Posted September 4, 2013 . From what I have been reading ,if it has the lid,it,s more valuable. It has a few chips, but other then that,it,s in great shape. I just did a spit and shine on it for the mrs,s. The last going price I seen was 75 bucks. Seems pretty low for a piece of old history. Hope some one here knows the value these days. Thanks

spincast Posted September 5, 2013 Report Posted September 5, 2013 Cool Jar - fill it up with peanuts, and put six pack of Stubbies (Labbatt's 50 maybe?) next to it and you got some real nostalgia.

Richie Razor Posted September 7, 2013 Report Posted September 7, 2013 Better cash in now while the peanut jar economy is hot. Amazing what some people value.

Old Ironmaker Posted September 7, 2013 Report Posted September 7, 2013 If the internet has taught us anything, asking $75.00 and getting $75.00 for an item is two different things.
Ralph Field Posted September 7, 2013 Report Posted September 7, 2013 Fill it up with loonies and I'll give you $75
