gino Posted February 6, 2011 Report Posted February 6, 2011 hello everyone!!! i know this topic was debated here before several times, but like me i know there's other people ready and willing to re-debate and talk about this. i need a fishfinder, i keep using my friends ones (...when they don't fish...), so i think it's time for my own one. price and performances are my main goals. i'm thinking about 3-4 models Eagle fisheasy 320c Lowrance x67c Humminbird piranhaMax 190c Garmin fishfinder 300c these are my main pick...if u guys have other sugestions feel free...i will use the fishfinder all season long so it has to be good for icefishing and spring/summer/fall fishing thanks!
Big Cliff Posted February 6, 2011 Report Posted February 6, 2011 Love my HDS5 having both the GPS with charts and the fish finder sure comes in handy.
Terry Posted February 6, 2011 Report Posted February 6, 2011 I like the Lowrance x67c, it always seems to do a good job and I can see my jig in 100ft of water..that's all I need
Dondorfish Posted February 6, 2011 Report Posted February 6, 2011 Ditto to Terry's comments Tracker (Don)
Fisherman Posted February 6, 2011 Report Posted February 6, 2011 Ditto x2 on the above, an all season fish finder.
gino Posted February 6, 2011 Author Report Posted February 6, 2011 thanks guys 4 the answers...i have a friend that has a x67c and he is very happy...i think i'll go with that one... anyone has experienced the Garmin? looks like a good unit but i'm not sure about garmin's experience with fishfinders. cheers!!!
