Our dinner will be held Sunday with our family,but getting a head start always help control the mess and caous.There will be a big pot of jigs diiner boiling sunday morning.

Debbe tried crock pot stuffing last year...man does it turn out good. And Debbe always had great stuffing before trying this.Great time saver and now we can have stuffing even if we don't have a bird with it. Only downside is I AM PICKING at it ALL the time. It's about 1/3 gone before it gets anywhere near the table. As a matter of fact that is what I am doing right now...supervising the crock pot to ensure a quality product for Xmas dinner tonight

Just so ya all know.I will be carving it up and putting into a bakeing dish. It will be smoothered with savory gravy, then popped into the oven to warm up sunday.

we havent had a turkey (on any occasion) in the oven in about 6 years....always on the spit over the BBQ or every once in while deep fried ...
