BOQ bassin

Got out on Sunday for some opener weekend bassin, chose BOQ Trenton, glad we did what a bass factory tons of two poundish fish with a few bigger ones in the mix also some perch and a walleye on a bass worm to keep things interesting. Did not take alot of pics but here are a couple.

 

asked these old goats if we could fish their dock, they told us to baaaaaaack off.

Very nice fish there Grog! Looks like a great opener and not too many boats out either.

 

These waters you fished look calm enough for a canoe; is this right out of downtown Trenton/Centennial Park area? Would love to give it a go in my canoe if it's not too far from shore.

Quinte fishermen don't even give bass a second look! Its all about the pickerel.That is why there is such a healthy population. That second one is a nice hog!

 

And I laughed at the "baaaack off".lol
