A friend of mine has two Cannon's hand for sale $250 for the pair they have the breakaway (QuickDraw Cabela's)rod holder on each one and both have quick release bases (not swivel) with a lot of wire I don't know how much wire or pound it is but there is enough to call them full of wire.

I think they would be the Capt Paks, they are only about 20" or so long.

I can send some pics a little later if you like.
