I know 5 vehicles that have been cleaned out in the last few days, passenger windows smashed & Cellphone, Wallets & every thing else stolen, 1 in Walkerton by the Dam & the others by the side of the River while the guys were canoeing Burgoyne area, make sure you lock every thing in the trunk or leave it at home if you don't need it or take a 5 gallon pail & put every thing in it & take it with you should stay dry

Thanks for the heads up. We were debating between the Grand and Saugeen for Friday, so this might sway us, or at least prepare us.

friggen jerks! this is exactly the reason i have a rather large ziplock bag to hold my wallet, and cell phone in. i put them in my fishing vest and away i go. some people need a chuck norris round house kick.

This kind of thing goes on around here too.(London area) Some of the parking areas for the river are covered in broken glass from peoples passenger windows.

I've gotten to the point where I don't even lock my doors anymore. I just put the club on the steering wheel and don't leave anything valuable in the car. They can have the two bucks in change on my console, just don't break my window.
