SBCregal
I plan on fixing my boat up a bit this spring, new wood for the seats etc and I was thinking of painting the inside of the boat. I know about prepping it and all of that, but I was wondering if theres a colour that people prefer to paint the inside. I want a colour that wont reflect the sunlight directly at me, and wont get stupid hot to the touch. I've seen a lot of boats with a robins egg blue sort of paint on the inside, is there a reason for this? Can anyone give me an idea of what paint colour works.... heck, even what I should avoid. thanks ryan
irishfield
Sand beige.. light grey... or the likes. Nothing I hate worse the Naden's green zinc primer interior..
aplumma
good call Wayne Their is a reason they paint battleships gray. It helps to cut down on heat reflection and heat retention. Art
Fisherman
Make sure it's not a glossy finish, semi or matt is better for less reflection.

Paully
I used beige rocker panel rubberized spray paint from Canadian tire... it sealed small leaks and it feels great on bare feet! It costs about 8 bucks a can..
