Simcoes finest

got out on simcoe today, 80ft of water and started marking fish right away

but I couldn't get them to the hole, lost 5 fish...

then I was off to find Lloyd tom get my spare tire back, it was one heck of a trip

couldn't see 25 ft in front of the sled, flew over some pressure cracks that I saw too later to stop but saw the big one and stopped, the I got stuck in the slush

I had to disconnect the hut to get out of it, then off I go

it was snowng so hard my GPS lost the satellites...I was lost....a phone call to Lloyd and I was on the road(so to speak0 again

 

as soon as I got there the lake trout stopped biting, the skies cleared a bit so I took off back to IBP.... 77 ft of water

drilled a couple of holes and started catching whities, I wasn't going to take any home but 2 were hurt so they are diner

I called Fishhunter and Aile Goby and they came to were I was catching all them whitefish but shortly after they arrived the bite stopped, I had my limit kept so I took off home , so I don't know how they made out, but it was a great day playing on simcoe..

 

 

 

 

 

oh yeah my fishfinder got moisture in it again and died

 

only a couple of weekends left to get them on simcoe..(a tear comes to my eye)

I'm sorry Wayne lol I even let you sleep in lmao get some work done so you can come out and play next weekend. the weekend after that i took off a few days to fish simcoe fri sat sun then she is closed

Terry I hit one on the way home that put me about 3 feet in the air lol what a rush lol We marked 2 fish after you left then moved 6 miles and marked 2 fish then went home. It was a great day all in all and showed my partner how to play with the lakers and get them hit.

I actually meant to leave it with you.. but stole it to go get the mega hut from Doug.

 

Princess Auto... PTO pin. That one was 5/16 diameter I believe.. Check what your hitch hole is and shop accordingly. They're only $5 or so.

Man talk about adventures..... first you lost the hair on your fingers at Temagami and then getting stuck into slush on Simcoe Never a boring moment on your outings
