Leecher Posted February 5, 2009 Report Posted February 5, 2009 (edited) Been waiting for while to finally get the chance to target and finish this project.... The easiest part of it being cutting the design in the wood, which was done last fall but the next step was the longest.... painting.... 15 sets of them. Got the first coat of white on, the day before yesterday and applied the color coat yesterday. Still have to add the eye guides and the reels and a coat of varnish to protect the paint job. Yes Mike tipups and the best there is.... remember this one Forgot to mention that I had 15 sets to paint.... real long job but what can I say, love doing this

Fishing 24/7 Posted February 5, 2009 Report Posted February 5, 2009 (edited) cant go wrong with the best craftmenship in Cnanada! i use these perfectly balanced tip-ups every week end. when something is on your tip..... dont worry youl see the tip-up move. the slightest tail swipe will make these baby tumble. works real good for finiky days . when the bite is light. i love how they are SOOO light! good job jaques . one day you will be the leading tip-up maker in the WORLD! selling these right up to russia! thanx again for the ones you gave me!
