Northhunter
Is it water? It's water, right I used to get them bad after a day on the lake or in the bush. I thaught I remember reading they would be more frequent and worse if you were dehydrated.
Rich
Why not just save the time and post your cure Dr Quinn?
ccmtcanada
The answer is bizarre...but subsequent web searches has testimonials from lots of people who swear by it...thanks for posting this thread Clampet...I'm going to give it a try! douG
This would be the 'bar o soap in the bed' cure?
Northhunter
I saw the soap thing on snopes.com (it was inconclusive), but they talked about leg cramps in the calves. When I get them they're always in the thigh. I can put my hand against the leg and literally feel the muscle go nuts. Not fun. Only happens after a day of fun (ice fishing, hunting) and after I've rested a while. Edited January 25, 2007 by Northhunter

tjsa
Does it involve a broomstick and a goat? Joe would have the answer to at least one of those options,
dsn
Oh I hate leg cramps. When the temps get down to -15 out there and below the veins back of my knee tightens up and boy does that hurt. I usually have to stop everything and masage it. But since I wear thermals thats not a problem anymore. dsn Edited January 26, 2007 by dsn
