  1. No live video for this (audio only) but perfect for a grey Saturday morning blasting away on the stereo for a rod building session..... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/hpjUrA_ooMc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  2. I'm using Google Chrome with no issues Lew, just copy and paste the url. http://ontariofishingcommunity.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=64475&pid=718208&st=0&&do=findComment&comment=718208
  3. The pictures remind me of someone teaching a child to swim or training your new dog to follow, you'd think a fish would know how. Kudos to you Marc for going the extra mile.
  4. It was indeed a good find Backbay, glad you like it. I didn't record this myself but I was there and saw the same thing the camera did. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/bd-fsUUsqho" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  5. Exactly, no apology needed Bob. Prayers and best wishes are sent!
  6. Nice chatting with you Sir, blank is ordered and we'll definitely be talking. And PM received.
  7. Hmmmmm, won't let me embed it but here's the link. The commentary is almost as entertaining as the music.
  8. Thanks for the nod guys. Building on a Rainshadow RX7 (7') with custom cork grip and Fuji components I could likely bring it in for $200.00 to $225.00. If that's of any interest to you HFP, shoot me a PM.
  9. Great stuff Marty, good to see you getting out of the office.
  10. I'm already lost Dan, but that matters not, what matters is that you like it. Have a blast and be safe.
  11. They definitely rock as does...... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/-3Er67xL3QI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  12. I put my left foot in..... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/bp1PMo3s0dw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/uDn7jfzvcv4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  13. I agree whole heartedly. At that size and knowing the area well I suspect most will end up in the bellies of young perch, sunfish and rock bass that are numerous there.
  14. Yep, here's the link. http://www.thespec.com/news/local/article/766639--walleye-in-harbour-seen-as-positive-sign
  15. Thanks SRT8, I don't get out as near often as I'd like to but if I find myself heading down that way I'll definitely let you know.
  16. Great pics Frankie and *Juli*, thanks for not only taking the time to take them all, but also for posting and linking them. It was my first outing to the Fish-a-Thon and though I didn't participate in the actual event I'm already planning on popping up a tent for the weekend next year and actually fishing it. My support will always be there as long as I'm able. It was wonderful to finally meet you Frankie and the Mrs' and see some familiar faces as well as some new ones, SRT8 comes to mind right off. To those who made it happen, up front and behind the scenes, to quote Ryan, "You guys rock."
  17. I'm no expert Raf but my thoughts are, dig/auger hole large enough to accommodate a Sono tube about 3" to 4"s larger than the base of the pole. Plant it at least 4' deep (or more if you can) with a little concrete at the base of the hole, insert Sono tube, center and back fill then get some muscle to insert the pole, center pole and fill with with fast set concrete and Bobs your Uncle.
  18. No country here..... <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/K7W6xV1iHuo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> ....or the entire session here.... <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/k8byXSML4bY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  19. Good to know Mike, thanks for the timely reply.

    Bears

Work is out for most and it's the start of the weekend, get out and have fun all. Play safe and be bear weary.
  21. Belated best wishes young fella. I was reminded of this post when I saw your photo this morning (as mentioned previously) in this months OOD. Two great events in one month without even consideration to all those great fishing days.
  22. Well if it came down to a choice between those two I'd go for the sharks. I have sharks so I'm likely biased, but they're the best rigger weights I've used thus far.
