Take it into a tackle store. Most tackle stores do this and have tips in stock. They charge very little to do this repair. Canadian tire also carry repair kits, if your desire mis to do it yourself.
I would run your power pro to a ball bearing swivel , then attach a 10 lb. flurocarbon leader to the barrel swivel and attach your lure to the leader. I'd use about 4 feet for your leader.

I have windows 11 home version and the only differences I've noticed are the date appears higher on the screen and the stuff at the bottom is shifted to the right to the center. Every thing seems to work the same including apps.
Kingpin reels are as good as any pin. As misfish mentioned any rock rash greatly reduces the value of the reel. I can't see any in the photos, but they don't show the rim. Without inspecting the reel as already mentioned it's a crap shoot.
