Love the contours of the cork. Reel seat position is perfect. I guess we have similar tastes in classic simplicity. Not sure I would have the cojones to actually fish that reel, having said that I'm not one for leaving it on the shelf. Well done Chris, another masterpiece pairing.

Just putting this out there. Anyone fish this lake recently or maybe camp or cottage on this lake. Seems a search gives conflicting information as to species. Any information positive or negative would be appreciated.

Happiest Anniversary you two. May you have 35 more. Sainthood is well earned TJ 😁

Love old school build

I have a hard 3 fold cover on my RAM Rebel and on my previous F150. Wouldn't do it again as I find it too difficult (heavy) to fold. It appears to have got heavier, maybe the core absorbs water??

New tires on your band saw?😁 Great work as always Chris. Antler seat not for me but love your work.

Never fished Rosseau but it has Smallies, Walleye, Lakers and BIG Northerns. LOB's not known for Northerns although have caught one or two in Oxtongue river and mouth. Large populations of Smallies and decent Laker fishery.

Lots of cops in pickup trucks here Cliff but they still are intent on sitting at the side of the road ticketing the 20 overs rather than catching the hundreds if not thousands of those that consider using a cell phone while driving an art form.

Burlington to 35/115 trailering the boat return cost me almost $100 last year!

I try and steer clear of the QEW, 401 and 400 whenever I can. What actually surprises me is considering the way idiots drive on those highways there are not more devastating crashes. Sad that we don't have more policing on our highways. Seems that catching 20 over speeders via radar is where it's at! We are told that speed kills. Well, reckless, inconsiderate, distracted, DUI, dangerous driving is what kills. We moved from the city to a 5,000 or so population village/small town almost 5 years ago. Luckily we can head back down to Burlington using country roads when we want to visit family, no stress driving.

With the amount of cap spent on 4 or 5 players they can only seriously go after someone cheap. Keefe doesn't trust Sammy either.

Until we triple or quadruple fines and seize property other than fishing gear nothing will change. https://www.sudbury.com/local-news/three-greater-sudbury-men-fined-for-spear-fishing-walleye-8387185

Still have a couple Lew.

Without a doubt the OFC/OFC Pike Derby...lol 😃 Still miss the GTG terribly! I'm not a fan fishing tournaments, don't want to get into it here, just my opinion, not critical of any one that fishes them.

The lower French can be a tough fish. Used to go every May, stayed at Atwood Island Lodge, has been sold since and some years almost got skunked. It can take a while to find fish. Dusk and early morning ended up being the best for walleye, strangely, a few hundred yards from the lodge. During the day got into a Muskie or two, nothing big. Watch yourselves, easy to get lost without a GPS and even easier to find a rock or two. Don't even think about trying to go down the rapids.

Think I know where that came from Cliff..🙂

Probably the most sensible response to the Coyote " problem" I have read in some time.
