hughes was on a nice winning streak and hes gets KO'd and everyone says he too old? LOL!!!! he got caught! it happens, he will be back and he will win a few more for sure.. dunno if he will make a run at the title again but he still has the skills to win in the octogon.

Was out at the bronte pier last night and ill say that when i was there only me and a handful of others were the ONLY ones casting lures... everyone else was "bottom bouncing"... I must hand it to one fellow who was casting spoons and he snagged a realy nice coho, i netted it for him, and he quickly realized it was snagged and released the fish immediately! you dont see that very often, especially at bronte!

we cleaned up abit last week when we were there.. what a mess.. got into a 16lb chinny tho.. that was fun heading there again tonight for more fishing/cleaning!

I learned my lesson a couple years ago when i posted a salmon i caught at bronte, the next nite there was 50-100 more people there than the night before..

oh yes it will trolling for salmon from a kayak is very doable. it takes time to master but once you do its game over for them

is this true? i looked through the regs and couldnt find anything saying "you have to be in a boat" or seomthing similar..
