LOL…when I go to Toronto I love letting people move in front of me or give way in traffic with a big goofy smile, freaks them out.
-
NWO in my opinion…. we moved house from 4000 miles away with no jobs and no house to come to, 10 years later we are still here, on the lake, 7 acres, $20000 less per year…..but money counts for $%#@ if you are miserable. I fish everyday, can drive my truck anywhere, traffic jams are when deer cross the road, my kid can play outside anytime, my only neighbour pops round for a chat, we fish together, help each other out etc. I grew up in the city (London, England) 13 million people jammed together in filth….horrible, can't understand why people are so wedded to the insanity.

Not much to worry about in that respect, most of the inshore coral is dead, warming, pollution and hurricanes. I did get stuck by a black sea urchin last year…holy OUCH! That is so cool, we are not far from Devil's Bridge, just a short drive through Freetown down to Willikies. Harry Who?…..lol Thanks Joey, they grow quick, today is his 7th birthday!!!!!!

Hi all, Got back from the vaycay a couple days ago, have a ton of footage of fishing, albeit with very few fish caught, but I also got some cool underwater snorkelling footage. Very proud of my boy, took to snorkelling like a pro! We even saw a stingray!

Thanks for the replies, I am using my new phone to post on a very sketchy internet connection , will get back to y'all and reply properly soon, video to follow, fishing has been fun but not very productive, still a couple days left to put some fish in the boat so to speak ???

Hi all, There was not much ice here this morning, but that did not deter me. My perseverance paid off and i was rewarded with a stringer of nice 'slabs'.

Got up early this morning to a beautiful sunrise hear in sunny Antigua, caught a small Trevally Jack and was back at 8:30am. my dad got a treat of fried fish for breakfast with a side of fresh melon and orange slices from the tree in the yard here. Basically gutted the fish and coated in seasoned flour and into the skillet, he loved it! Hopefully catch a snook in the next few days, gonna steam it with lemon.....

Wow, emailed them 25 minutes ago with pictures of my ripped seat in my new flip over and they have just replied saying they are sending me a new seat! IMPRESSED!

Hi all, Fixed the plow on my new quad and put it to good use right away by clearing a nice large rink down by my iceshack during midweek ready for the crew on the weekend. What an awesome day! The wind was down, it was only -6C and the rink turned out beautiful after 3 days of flood and freeze. Hot dogs and hockey.....check it out! https://youtu.be/GAQpyV3UTJY

LOL…you read my mind…I was about to ask if anyone could recommend a 2 up seat…THANKS….checking it out right now!
-
Yeah jump on it…the tracks are $5k, the bike $11500. Mine came in at $13.5k out the door with a 60" plow, heated grips/thumb and cover.
-
I JUST $#$%^ING BROKE THE PLOW!!!!!
-
That would be awesome, I have the front mount plow, seemed to lift way higher and easier to put on.
-
Yes, you can mount 2 up seats, lots to choose from.
-
It is blowing a blizzard here as I type. Gonna wait till later when it dies down to plow, will also be able to do around the ice shack for the boys who have been doing it for me for years…..will feel good to return the favour! Thanks Vance, like I said, the reliability reputation went a long way to persuade me to go with the Grizz.

Hi all, Brought my new toy home yesterday. Did not have much time to try her out, but will be putting some miles on soon enough. 2016 Yamaha Grizzly 700 EPS SE…..sweet ride! Got a 60 plow with it, winch, hand and thumb warmers with 2 auxiliary for heated visor and heated seats. Went and had it registered and insured this afternoon, tomorrow should be fun, especially with snow forecast!! I have about 2 hours total riding experience of these machines, and ZERO plowing experience……both levels of experience about to show a steep upward curve! Hopefully Yamaha's reputation for reliability is also part of my experience, as my technical/mechanical abilities are limited( although I'm getting a bit more knowledgable these days) I have to also say thanks to all you guys that gave input a few months back when I posted about my impending purchase, all good info, once again OFC proves what a cool place it is. I also bumped into Ben Beattie this fall while out bird hunting/fishing….he was on a similar yamaha, sorry Ben…liked the colour….got the same . Roloff has already given chase to it and shows no discernible preference between it and the snowmachine. My wife also realized she could take Jack for rides around our neighbourhood all year round, she is happy=I am happy Back lakes I have only dreamed about will be visited also, can't wait. And all those little trails off to the side of the logging roads will be visited also. Bird hunting next year? BRING IT! Had good service from the dealership in Winnipeg, not so great in Dryden, why I travelled, so much for shop local….but I tried…again…their loss and my loss which is a shame…but I won't be lied to blatantly and held ransom to geography….principles. (sometimes it feels like cutting off my nose to spite my face though). But that is history…….and all that is left to do is to go out and use this machine to enhance my love of the outdoors. Its a short life….GRAB IT BY THE HEATED GRIPS AND GO! 2016 YAMAHA GRIZZLY 700 EPS SE

Hi all, Went back to my whitefish lake with my buddy Al and his kid. Really wanted to get his kid into some fish, but the fish God's were not with us today. The leave your brake engaged on your skidoo and nearly set it on fire god's were smiling on us today though . Anyway, I had plenty of whitefish and a good number of trout come screaming up only not to take the bait, tried loads of different presentations but could get none to commit, none except a nice fat Pike that took a 5" live dace minnow set at 20'FOW in 38'FOW. Was really cool to watch it coming up through the clear ice inside the hut…..released it and she swam away to fight another day.
