Home Hardware sells a nice vinyl for doing outdoor decks that would be perfect in the boat. I love my vinyl floor and my snap out carpet. I leave the carpet in most of the summer.. but when the nasty weather starts it comes out.

These lads flew one all last summer... With the number of unhappy tracker owners I've met, talked to and fixed boats for.. I'd probably pass unless it's the greatest deal since slice bread.
