Exactly Connie.. I finally broke even just last night... after the 07/08 collapse. I was down 38% from what I had in Oct/07. You touch it you admit defeat.

Well... 5 hours of adapting buddies trailer to fit his new floats... took his cash and it's miller time!!! Pouring rain has now turned to snow for the last hour or more... glad I've got lots of mix and don't need to leave the property!
