  1. Yeah, it is looking like I will have to go the welding route if I can't find a replacement. OR 12 rolls of gorilla tape!
  2. Just trying to find a way to extend the life of my wonderful Cub Cadet. The thing is in great shape except for the deck, which I just noticed was rusting through in spots. Love the Kubota though
  3. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section, I just want it to reach all the members. Just wondering if anyone knows where I might find a used 38" cutting deck for an old 2135 Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor. Even just the shell would work. Any ideas wold be appreciated. I was told that they don't make them anymore, so I can't get a new one. Thanks, Jimmer
  4. I also like the slot. The limit is already 4 in fmz17. This spring we caught at least 5 different year classes on Pigeon. Below, in and above the slot.

    Krocs

Whaaattt, you have to love the tan lines????
  6. I wish I could speak French.
  7. I saw Old Iron slightly rant on another post about someone wearing krocs and I was just wondering how many guys on this forum wear them? It would interesting to know.
  8. They're on fire!
  9. I heard that I should look for the yak if I fish the bay and want to catch fish...lol. It drives me crazy too and I have been working on letting that stuff go.
  10. Took the young lad from next door out for an evening fish and look what he caught. He was pretty excited. We actually caught between 15-20 bass in a couple of hours. Guess they were hungry!
  11. What would happen if you failed????
  12. I'm back from our 5 day trip to Quebec for walleye, sauger and pike. The weather was a little all over the place. Our first night there was brutal for sleeping and the bugs couldn't wait for someone to step out of the cabin...lol. The Thursday brought a storm and the humidity broke to make it more enjoyable; then we had to battle the wind. We caught quite a few fish and had a blast. We had two fish dinners while we were there, one in our cabin and then a group fish fry which were both very yummy. There is a new slot for walleye, but it didn't affect our ability to keep a few for a meal. The largest walleye caught and released was about 5 lbs. I just love fishing this lake because of the low water clarity, which is so different from the usual waters I fish. I caught all my fish on a twister tail with a piece of worm. Funny, I bring a huge bag of tackle and seem to stick to the one simple thing. Here are a few pictures.
  13. As long as it's a stay at home shut down guy. Don't know which ones are available though.
  14. They can let Gardiner go anytime and not worry about his salary. They have a lot of similar players moving up through the system.
  15. Don't spend more than the motors worth; that can happen with marine equipment if you're not careful.
  16. Actually this is terrible news. Obviously someone is trying to stock the fish in the lake, on purpose or ignorantly. Tilapia are not your normal aquarium fish that someone wants to get rid of. They won't survive, but the next species someone tries just might take hold.
  17. They might have been crappie that were miss identified as Tilapia.
  18. All rumours until it actually happens. It's quite the commitment to sign JT, but if it brings a team closer to the cup, I guess it's worth it.
  19. I will probably avoid the water this weekend.
  20. They won't survive. They go belly up down in Florida when the temps drop to around zero from what I have seen.
  21. Heading out next week for Lac Dasserat on the annual fishing trip. Counting down the days and the excitement increases by the day. We will be targeting walleye, sauger and pike. Also plan on eating fish everyday while we're there. Hope I didn't just jinx myself.
  22. The fishing industry is booming and advertisers want their info out there.
  23. FISH PICTURES! Thanks for sharing, it looks like you had a blast.
  24. I'll bet many people suffering from mental illness are glad you are not working in that field.
  25. I had a buddy do that same thing at 19. He was in university, but felt the pressures. I never thought he would go that far as to take his life back then (1976). I saw him the night before and he was talking about his planned trip to Florida.
