I went to Bronte Outdoors today and was talking to Frank about an Okuma 45d Salmon reel that I had bought else were a couple of years ago.I told him that the reel skipped every sixth turn of the handle.He said no problem just bring in the reel and I will call Okuma.So I went home got the reel and went back to see Frank.When I arrived back there Frank told me he had just got off the phone with Okuma and they said just give him a new reel.I was impressed.So I thought I would just let people Know that there are still stand up guys out there who will go out of there way to help.So here is my thanks to Frank and do the people at Okuma for taking great care of there customers.Yes I will be buying another Okuma reel for sure.Mods if this sounds like spam feel free to delete it.I wont be affended.Dan

caper I had my cover custom made at a local Apple Auto Glass by a buddy of mine.It fits like a glove.He even made spots for my rigger mounts.I also have a bow mount on mine but I have a quick realse and just remove it and put in the boat for trailering.My buddy said that the trolling motors are the biggest cause of torn covers while trailering.You spend a little more for a tailer made cover but in the long run its worth it.Dan

Thats not the inner bearing race stuck at the end of the axle ,Its the inner bearing that has come apart .The inner and outter race should still be in the hub.The race s will have to be removed from the hub and changed as well.I would try a little heat with a propane torch and then carefully try to slide it off but be carefull not to damage the threads at the end of the axle.It should not take a lot of heat to expand the metal ring from the bearing.If you need a hand I work in Mississauga .Just shoot me a P.M and I will stop by.Dan

Well Wayne you have got every bell and whistle now.Looks like you could stay out for a couple of days at a time.Nice looking rig and well done.I had a few electrical problems and small trim problems with my Lund also.But I blame the dealer because it all should have been caught in the P.D.I.Thats what you pay for.At least its done now .Good luck with the new craft and how about a few pictures of that Verado?Dan
