  1. Could be, could be.... Or maybe Kenny Rogers. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/VV6In1K8zKk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  2. Good on ya for figuring things out on your own and succeeding! Great report!
  3. I agree on all counts except changing the board format. If that was my plan it hasn't worked. I havn't had a single pm since I made this post LOL! A lot of stuff? It's like a speck of sand in the desert LOL! And no, I'm not giving anything up, plenty of time to join me fishing.
  4. Leave the marshmallows and fish eggs at home. Everything else sounds just fine. A few jigs in a variety of sizes wouldn't hurt either. Good luck
  5. Just as an aside to this topic, are there any restrictions or guidlines on eating local waterfowl like there are for fish? Something like a hunters version of The Guide To Eating Sportfish? I can only imagine how gross and toxic a lot of these urban geese are.
  6. I've never really noticed fly guys taking a beating. If they do just consider the source and don't sweat it. There's just not enough hard core fly guys posting that's all. Ass fly
  7. You know what's really lame? A stupid thread like this gets more hits and responses than a report that took you hours to write. But then that's what makes this board both good and bad. It's the fuel that keeps the engine running.
  8. Yeah trust me the things I'm selling aren't even close to being overpriced. People aren't lowballing me though. They're offering me 10 or 20 bucks less then balk when I stand firm. It just boggles my mind that people would quibble over such a small amount of money LOL!
  9. Absolutely nothing. Sweet, done deal. I should be able to flip it on ebay for a tidy profit. No I've sold tons of stuff over the years, always the same old story. Last night I snapped after 7 pm's in less than hour all lowballing me LOL! Wow, ballsy is right LOL! Perfect, I love it!
  10. Hey, my very first rant! Anyhow I posted a bunch of stuff for sale in the classifieds yesterday. Each item was priced cheaply in order to facilitate a quick sale. Prices are listed as being firm. I've had a total of 17 pm's from different people. Every one (except one notable exception) either offered me less money or wanted to trade me something. What gets me is some of these offers were for $10-$20 less than my firm price. When you stand firm on the price you never hear back from them. An already great price and people quibble over a few bucks? LOL! Here's a hint stop wasting my time! In the future I won't respond to any more inquiries like that. Rant over.
  11. Wanna bet. Bank mutants love eating rotting flesh.
  12. It's obviously imprinted on you and needs guidance. Hop in your car and head for California.
  13. But that implies a certain level of incompetence. BAH! That's a good morning.
  14. Half of my office is already off on stress leave.
  15. Are you involved in marketing Cliff? Regarding the last question, what if you already have gargantuan pb's for all species?
  16. O'Sullivan's Rainbow and Happy Day are in an entirely different stratosphere compared to your other choices. They're also both very popular and booked far in advance (for good reason). Between the two Happy Day has superior cabins and good fishing on a big beautiful lake. O'Sullivan has adequate cabins and amazing fishing on a big beautiful lake.
  17. Sounds like an episode of The Office. (redneck northern version ) Also a place I'd like to work. Down this way swat would be called LOL!
  18. That right there is the difference between northern and southern Ontario. Can you imagine some A-type yuppie speeding down the QEW with an axe and a knife in the back seat of his beemer just in case he comes across a dead moose?
  19. I didn't. You'll have to excuse me now, I have some baby seals that need clubbing.
  20. Hope that wasn't your total catch for the entire week. 48 walleyes caught to take home is pretty sad for a week of fishing. That's a good morning at most places.
  21. Keep driving down the road past Paquettes to Happy Day Lodge on Windermere lake. It's 10,000 times better.
  22. Not sure how you'd fit your boat on the train.
  23. Checked your link, yep they were cheap all right! Maybe that's why they sold the business. Another worthwhile option for your group might be hopping on the train in the Soo or Hawk Junction and travelling to Oba lake. Wood's Cabins on Oba lake has very good prices and seems like a really nice spot. By all accounts pretty decent fishing as well. Obviously here you'd have to rent 2 cabins side by side as well, but frankly that wouldn't deter me. Put all the guys who snore in one and leave the rest in peace LOL! http://www.woodscabins.com/
