Hey guys have a honda 5hp 4 stroke thats giving me grief. I can start the engine no prob and it'll run for a min or 2 but then quits...couple pulls and its fired back up, min or 2 down again...any ideas? Trying to get it in order for the cure for cancer tourney...hope you's can help

I was on the Moon River system..Captain Allen Straight to be exact on the June 3rd weekend, while night fishing from our camp one night a speed boat charged by at full speed...2 mins later all we heard was CRASH!!!!! Turns out they smashed into a shoal...we got in our boats to see if we could assist but when we got there the 2 guys...clearly into the booze...said nothing had happened and were just changing a fuse...sure didn't look like a fuse problem when we saw them getting there boat out at the launch the next day and they had a foot wide gash in the bottom of there boat!!!!

Not true...I'm originally from Palmerston and regularly fished Conestoga for years, I currently reside in Guelph and can tell you that both lakes are good fishing if you know where to look...I've limited out on both in under 2 hours for walleye. I think Conestoga has bigger Pike(from my experiences). And if either Lake fails you theres a healthy population of Browns in both rivers. pm me for a few hot spots I know always produce!

I wasn't calling out anyone, I was just saying if a guy like JP can have it happen it can happen to anyone. I wasn't at all making it personal nor do I feel the need to continue to rant about it.

Was just chatting up a few friends of mine who were in the Dog Lake CBAF tourny on the weekend and heard a pretty interesting little tale. Turns out JP Derose and the new BassCat weren't getting along to well!!! The way I heard it is he was trying to pass another angler on the water, when the BassCat bounced sideways throwing him and his co-angler out of the boat at top speed!!! My roomate who was there says everybody came out unharmed (by the grace of God) and the boat was recovered...guess JP wasn't wearing his kill switch tether I just want to remind everybody to be safe out there it can happen to any of us anytime, I mean JP spends hours and hours on the water every week and wether it was bad luck or bad choices him and his co angler sure got lucky. Be smart and be safe

We hit a school of Steelies so thick we hit two triple headers and 3 double headers on them in under an hour...Don't mind the haters jealousy will get you know where!!! For the few fish 6 of you kept imagine how many they take home all year... I'm heading back out Friday morn 5am hope the bite is still going strong!!!

I was out on Lake O yesterday and heard allot of it on the radio...A sad day for Canada, but the actions of few don't reflect on the opinions of many...Bunch of idiots hurting there cause, and destroying a great city...Straight up UGLY!!!

I had my first opportunity to go out on Lake O yesterday thanks to a new good buddy and his 28ft Baja with great results. First fish hit in the first 10 mins, my buddy scored this brute!! Wasn't long and I was up, hooked into my biggest King to date. Ran me for 300 feet of line and took the better part of 20 mins to land, my arm is still sore, but that didn't stop us!!! Back up to bat after a few more nice kings and I was hooked up again, this time my biggest Rainbow to date...WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO...sorry was flash backing to what was an awesome day yesterday!!! All said and done we went 12 for 14 in about 6 hours, and to the victors go the spoils...a few beauty's for the BBQ and Smoker!!! Big shout out to my Boy Tom for a wicked day, anybody interested in a Lake O charter PM me for the details, hes a very knowledgeable angler with a fantastic boat and gear.
