I have know two people former co-workers who done the cabin/camp ground/resturant thing sold everything with the dream of doing their own thing in the country. Both were disasters with one couple totally destroying the family in the process,bankrupt,divorced,kids gone they ended up penniless quite a sad situation actually. My own personal opinion on these type of deals is this, if you don`t mind working long hours 7 days a week for little return then it might be for you. Have your accountant go over the books to see if it`s a viable business.

Yup what John and Joey said most muni`s are pretty strict and for good reason I could imagine that there are those out there that would pave their front lawn if they could to stores cars/trucks/sleds ect.etc, some people don`t care what the neighbourhood looks like.

I have 2 Shimano Izumi signiture two piece baitcasters and they are very good I don`t buy into the theory that one piece is so much better. You can try LeBaron that`s where I bought mine but that was several years ago.

Looking to see if any of the membership have any experience with the Back Roads map book/DVD, I am thinking of getting a yak and try exploring the Minden/Haliburton area. I would primarily be interested in the smaller lesser know lakes sorta off the beaten path. Just wondering if anybody has any experience/opinions on above mentioned books before I drop the cash. Thanks

This my second go around with Champix the first it worked as advertised but I did not do the full treatment so I fell off the wagon, this time around I plan on doing the full program and so far so good. As far as side affects go I have not had any nausea but I have had the dreams which are okay and I am having a little difficulty getting to sleep but these I can tolerate. I have also recieved a side benefit of quitting smoking and that is a big reduction in the amount of coffee I have been drinking, smoking and coffee seem to go hand in hand so I removed the morning coffee trigger and replaced it with juice. I agree, the demographic is changing.

The Orangeville store had nothing fishing related on sale and the Milton store had a few items, but nothing spectacular.
